Geum rivale

£12.00

A lovely plant with wide, bell-shaped, coral-pink flowers dangling from slender stems above a dense mound of mid-green leaves.

Hardy to -10 degrees and more. Most of the foliage remains throughout the winter, with new leaves emerging in spring. Remove any old leaves when they look tatty. Easy to grow, but grows more easily in a soil that retains some moisture in summer.

Colour: Pink
Flowers: May and June
Height x Spread: 30cm x 35cm
Soil: Well-drained to wet
How Much Sun: Sun/Partial Shade

Supplied as a professional size plant in a 2L pot, all plants are health checked before sending with a Scottish plant passport. Depending on when in the season you buy, they may be getting ready to flower, in flower, or have passed flowering. If bought in winter the foliage may be dying back, but the plants will re-grow the following season.
Ensure the plant is watered in, and regularly after initial planting until new growth is seen which generally indicates the plant has started to root into the new position.

Please feel free to contact Borringtons prior to buying with any questions about your prospective purchase.
