    When to Sow Merlin Mixed Petunias
    February to March

    Where to Sow
    Sow seed on the surface of good free draining seed compost and lightly cover with a fine sprinkling of vermiculite. Place in a propagator or a warm place at a temperature of 20-25°C (68-77°F) until after germination which usually takes 10-21 days.

    What to do Next
    Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into pots or trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost has passed, 15-30cm (6-12″) apart.
