Cosmos ‘Sensation Mixed’ – HHA

Description

Cosmos Sensations Mixed produces large single daisy like flowers in shades of pink, red and white all with a small yellow centre. This variety will grow to an approximate height of 90cm and is very attractive to bees and pollinators. Makes for a stunning cut flower and will bloom all summer long.

When to Sow Cosmos Sensation Mixed Seeds
February to May

Where to Sow
Sow in trays of moist seed compost and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place in a warm place, and keep at a temperature of between 20-25°C (68-77°F).

What to do Next
Prick off glasshouse seedlings into trays when large enough to handle 10cm (4″) apart. Gradually harden off before planting out in May 25cm (10″) apart. Thin direct sown seedlings to 25cm (10″) apart as they grow.
