Iris pseudacorus (Flag Iris)

Description

Seed grown native flag Iris. Spring flowering, yellow with brown detail on large stems, deep green sword shaped leaves.

The plants thrive best in damp conditions and grow in water margins developing rhizomes.

The plants should be lifted every 3-5 years once they form clumps to maintain vigour.

Mildly toxic but most (sensible) animals will avoid.

Seed grown from open pollinated seed.

Plants supplied in their third growing season and in 2 L pot.
