All plants sold between now (09/25) and Spring 2026 will be losing foliage and will possibly be dormant ie. live roots or perennation structure ie bulb, but will have little or no above ground structure. This a a Victorian variety that has shown strong signs of reliability over the past 100 years. Wheelers Imperial is mainly grown for spring cabbage as the plants are dwarf with dark green leafy heads. Harvest March - April onward.
